It’s okay if you have to work at being peaceful. Your active mind tugs at your efforts, and the world calls you to constant distraction. This is why I teach things like “being present in the moment” and the importance of slowing down. Being at peace requires an intentional choice to pause and meet Me in the present. One glance My way and you will be better able to recognize that all is well. Peace results from a deep will to trust in Me. My Goodness overrides all else in the world. My love for you is real.

I’ll Help Sort Things Out
I am not a dismissive God. The things you think about are not considered too trivial for My listening ear. Let Me love your tender heart and anxious thoughts today. Please don’t view Me as a critical judge of you. Instead, see Me as a compassionate, attentive, and accepting God. Only then can you begin to release the things that bind you. Using skillful hands, I’ll help sort things out. Let Me take over your worries about the hard stuff so that you can concentrate with peace of mind. Focus only on that which is placed before you today, letting Me take care of the rest.
Mapped Out a Course
I have mapped out a course uniquely designed for you. It’s a topographical map, with bumps and ridges as well as patches of smooth green. I am with you in all of it -climbing the heights and crossing the valleys. Try viewing it all as beautiful, not arduous or “too hard”. As your personal trail Guide, we will take steps in a doable pace. Follow Me with whole-hearted trust and inquisitiveness for what is around the corner. Envision Goodness unfolding all the way.
Heart Not of Stone
Your heart is not made of stone. It’s made by Me, for love. Sure, it may have some rough edges which have become hardened over in attempts to be self-protective. I can help file those down, returning you to the soft nature of My original design. Ask Me to assist you. Give Me the power to help you release old hurts, getting rid of defensiveness that binds you. You don’t have to remain impaired by a heart locked up so tightly. Trust Me more. Let Love override all things, including your misguided desire to be in control. Put Me in charge of the outcomes, knowing that in your vulnerability others will be drawn closer to you and to My Spirit within you. I will keep you safe, always.
Latch Onto My Plans
I have more in store for you! Don’t give in to panic or distressed thoughts. Most of what you imagine as trouble spots never actually occur. Continue looking to Me and latch onto the concept that My plans in store for you are Good and GRAND. My love for you is immense, and I know what is needed to both build up and nurture your soul. Take comfort in Me and all that is ahead.
Plan for the Best
Stop your habit of always planning for the worst. I am a loving God with great, holy, and majestic plans in store. Your eyes cannot yet see what I have arranged, but it includes deep, rich healing and touching the lives of MANY. I will nourish your spirit along the way. Together we will accomplish and experience GREAT THINGS. Know this, trust Me, and set your mind on it. Plan for the BEST and allow Me to ready you for it all.
Pressed for Time
You are pressed for time so often. Spending thought time with Me is essential for finding your way to My peaceful realms. Try not to skip out on conversations with Me that can be had, intentionally, wherever you go. Find Me ever-ready to listen and guide. The more you spend time with Me, the easier it is to hear My voice clearly. Let Me reassure you “It will all be okay.” Trust Me with this life-truth.
With One Another
I know you like your alone time. I also bring you close to others for a reason. While I am always present and available to you, there are times when you need human interaction. Be divinely inspired to reach out to others today. Make yourself vulnerable enough to trust being on the receiving end of those encounters, too. You don’t have to hide behind that wall of fear or distrust any longer. I will always keep you safe. I am a God who is both “with you” and “with one another.” Find Me present in the mixture of these meetings with others.
Already Holding Your Pain
Waiting is hard! I see your hurt, but you do not wait alone. Trust in the work of My capable right hand. I cradle you in My other arm while the right hand works on the hearts of others. You can work on forgiving them in advance so that when the time comes, you will be ready to show My love. I am already holding all of your pain. Take comfort in knowing My tender compassion for you is real. Breathe in My all-encompassing Grace, mending that which was once broken. You are bound tightly to Me now; be strengthened and comforted in this unshakable truth.
Allow Calm to Rule
Your life-pace appears loaded with too much to take care of. Despite outward appearances that the volume is too overwhelming, you and I can handle it together. Don’t let yourself fall into a trap of feeling incapable. Intentionally take a slower pace, allowing a sense of calm to rule. Let’s go at this one piece at a time. Be amazed at the end of the day on how well things work out when you trust Me to help.
