I give you your daily bread, with provisions for everything needed to sustain you in this day. Don’t jump too far ahead with your planning, though, – otherwise you might overlook the things I have in store for you today! Simple joys, moments with gorgeous views…receive these little delights as love-messages from Me. I am already working in your life in and through time. If it feels like I’m calling you to do a lot, remember that I don’t ask you to go solo. Nothing you do, think, need, or say goes unnoticed by Me, your Provider of all. Take this bread and eat it, remembering and acknowledging Me as sovereign over every aspect of your life.

Wash Away Dark Thoughts
Take a big breath in. Hold it, then release slowly, breathing out anxiety and troubling thoughts. Breathe in Light, Goodness, Peace. Breathe out worries, restlessness, anger, sadness, and fear. Do this repeatedly until you can clear the way to feeling and seeing My Presence behind your closed eyes. So little of what you worry about ever comes true, or even matters in the grand scheme of things. I don’t mean to say that your feelings are not important to Me; heavens no! But I am trying to teach you that My Peace is there for you more readily than you may be allowing against your clutter of needless worry. My love is dazzling, with pure and clean waters all available to help you wash away dark thoughts. Let Me help push away that which clouds your head and heart. Go to My well and have your fill.
Untwist the Anxious Knots
Go into this day knowing you are well-equipped for whatever tasks you have lined up to do. I give you the tools you need: reasoning, wisdom, words to speak, energy. When anxiety begins to bundle you in knots, turn to Me to help untwist them. I know what is important and necessary as well as what can be discarded, but you do not always know or see these things as clearly. When you find yourself overwhelmed or wrestling, think to turn to Me for help. Pause, and allow the Great I Am to breathe calm into you, giving you the direction you need one piece at a time.
Stop Sweating the Small Stuff
Stop all this fretting and “sweating the small stuff”. Release those daily annoyances, knowing that My Peace is within your grasp. Time with Me will satisfy far more fully than what this world defines as accomplishment or success. My peace I left with you to access daily. Not as the world gives do I give; I give it free of charge. Joy unimaginable and wonder beyond belief is all within your reach. Seek Peace, and follow after it when I call you to shed the worries and anxiety.
I Hear Your Struggle
I hear your struggle. Whisper My name and breathe in My calming Presence. Squeeze My hand tightly and be assured that I hear you; I wish to bring you comfort. Stand firm upon My rock. As you face that blustering wind, know that you don’t have to fear or doubt your strength because I am IMMEDIATELY with you. Keep your eyes on Me and don’t let go of My hand. Confidence is yours to hold.
Confidence
I speak to you daily, – in the wind, sights, and sounds. Hush, and breathe. Calm your Spirit. Learn to rest fully in My Presence. Absorb My Light. I am in you, around you, and near you; look for Me in this day. See Me in the eyes of others. Don’t be scared by what you see. Stop your worries about what others are thinking about you. You can walk humbly and with confidence, at peace with others and within yourself. If you start falling backwards into self-reproach, grasp My hand. Trust Me more. My plans are as they should be and you can take comfort and regain confidence in My Presence here, now, and forever.
Bring Hope Back Into Your Head
Life is not always pain-free. Still, I don’t aim to cause you suffering. Your sleepless nights are filled with anxious thoughts, but I heard each one of them. I know life is hard. Continue to lean into Me so that you can find peace again. It takes an act of will to choose TRUST. I am a trustworthy God who spares no cost in taking on suffering. I offer you peace deep inside, even when the world is chaotic and others have hurt you or let you down. Perhaps you will be surprised by joyful moments interspersed in the day ahead. Let Me bring hope back into your head. Allow Me to soften your heart with My tender love for you.
I Make You Whole Again
You are MINE, – constantly and intensely. I love you with a fervor and devotion that cannot be shaken or stripped from you. No circumstance tears Me away from you. Find Me in your heart, – in that still, small voice of reassurance. Even if others are mean, exclusive, or inconsiderate, you are met by Me with tender love and acceptance. I make you whole again, every day. Let My Grace wash this truth over you today, everywhere you go. Be My voice of peace and comfort.
Pace Yourself
You can still find rest in the mix of busy to-do’s. Remember, though, that it is easier to find Me in the stillness than in the hectic craze of activity. I want to “Wow” you with My delights, – but you must be moving slowly enough to catch them. Take one thing at a time, and delight in each small step or task. Pause, then notice Me and My gifts to you in beauty, simplicity, life, and Light. There is time enough for everything. Pace yourself to allow room for Me.
Guard Against Resentment
Guard your heart against resentment. Be set free by My Grace alone. You can release the hurt into My capable hands. I will address your need for healing as well as their need for more compassion. Make My world better today by walking with peaceful steps. Breath in My Nooma – My Spirit – trusting that I am capable and present. No good deed goes unnoticed by Me.
