No Need to Prove Yourself

You know My ways. You’ve studied them and tried so hard to “do right by Me”. I cherish your loving devotion. Let Me remind you, though, that My love never has to be earned by you “doing everything right”. Today, nestle in with the idea that you are perfect to Me just as you are. There’s nothing to do and no need to prove yourself as worthy of My love. I already love you! I am yours and you are Mine. Therefore, any anxiety toward your day is needless. Walk in confident trust in our relationship knowing you are fully supported and loved.

Living For Me

Living for Me is what matters. Examine your day ahead, considering what I’ve asked you to do in it. Be present to others, giving them your full attention. Use loving eyes and heart-felt responses. In doing so, you live like Me. That is always ‘enough’. You are enough, and fully loved by Me.

Slowing

I am aiming you toward a slower pace. When you have less activity going on you can be more observant. My Love arrives not because of your performance or accomplishments. Rather, it arrives by Grace in moments of time glimpsed here and there. You’ll miss its impact when you are too busy or frantic to take notice. Be grateful for less mobility right now. Come, hang out with Me in the stillness, observing what begins to stand out and make sense to you. My gifts will arrive most clearly in your slowing.

Choose To Be Confident

Regardless of what others think or say about you, I know the truth. You are loved and treasured; holy and sacred in My sight. Run to Me when you are scared and start to doubt this inherent truth. Bring your anxiety before Me so I can help soothe your fears and realign your outlook. Look for My perspective of Goodness and follow after it. You can still be at peace even when your relationships are broken. 

Eliminate Shaming Ways

You are so hard on yourself sometimes. I don’t judge you harshly, My beloved child. That part you must own and work to change. I call you to face your world-damaged heart, recognizing the inaccurate criticism blown out of proportion, and eliminate those hurtful and shaming ways you speak to yourself. Ask Me to help you reach in to be reassured and consoled. Love of self does not mean being selfish or egotistical. Rather, love of self is a call to recognize your Divine beauty; your inherently unique traits and attributes I wish to be confidently utilized and cherished.  Choosing to love yourself honors Me. You are sacred and valued.

This Yoke Is Shared

Rely on Me for help when you feel weary. This yoke is meant to be shared between the two of us. Look for Me in the tiniest details and consider it evidence of My great Love for you. A warm beverage or blanket on a cold, rainy day; the splash of fall color on a leaf; a moment of calming quiet in the middle of a chaotic day. The number of ways I choose to surround you in abundant Love can easily be overlooked or imperceptible to you, yet I am with you always, – making the load manageable.
