Enjoy! Live a little! Bask in My Presence and take your own agendas lightly, allowing Me to do and accomplish Good work in you. Keep your mind open and attentive to those around you. I speak in many ways- sometimes in those who are seemingly insignificant. You are good at what I designed for you, so take confidence and comfort in knowing and trusting that whatever I place before you is something you will be equipped to handle. My designs are perfect, and even enjoyable. Use your compassionate heart to attend to everyone I place in your path today. Live in My Light.

Questioning Your Purpose & Value

I know you sometimes question your purpose and value. It’s there, though – woven inside your heart by My Spirit, which is living in you. It might be even harder for you to see in yourself, but others recognize and are comforted by you. Today, try trusting that what you contribute is enough. You don’t have to demonstrate exceptional things in order to be valued. What if I told you just sitting there, being present to Me, is enough? Follow My lead on this today, practicing being comfortable in your own skin without “works”. Be My tangible light in the world, brightening the experience of others you encounter. Take joy in this simple kind of loving attentiveness.

Don’t Have To Do More To Be Loved

You don’t have to ‘do more’ to be loved. Wait here and listen to Me. You are deeply loved, right here and right now. Just breathe. Calm the busy thoughts distracting you and stressing you out. Sit here with Me for as long as it takes to settle down inside. I am here, and I am already fully pleased with you. There’s no need to be worried about impressing Me or others. I’d rather have your attentive companionship than 1,000 things accomplished. It’s okay to pause throughout your day, doing a bit less and just sitting, being appreciative as you connect to Me. Find joy resurfacing as you practice being aware of My Presence and finding balance between work, rest, and play.

Get The Ball Rolling For My Purposes

You know what to do. Start your day by trusting that that just showing up will get the ball rolling for My Purposes to be fulfilled. I will fill your pitcher with enough sustenance, and as you pour out your offering of self it will enrich others. You have enough and ARE enough. Attend to the needs by using your gifts of hospitality and encouragement. Find the Spirit of JOY bringing light to this dark season.

Goodness On The Agenda

I have many words for you, every day! But I will only send what you are ready to hear and comprehend. When you are so preoccupied with all you think needs to get done or with beating yourself up over yesterday, you may miss out on the Goodness I had on the agenda. Today’s message is simple: Cut yourself some slack so you can appreciate and get pleasure out of what the day holds in store. Pay attention! Really stop to taste your food and to view the colors all around you. Slow down so you can enjoy these things. This will help you better recognize and trust that My hand is at work in your life. Find joy in these little moments. Go ahead! Take time out for enjoyment. See how I aim to bless you.

Today Has Surprises Of It’s Own

I see you dragging your feet into this day. I know not every day feels “joyful”, especially during this holiday season during a pandemic. Let Me help you rise to the occasion. Think of Me standing before you, beckoning you with a smile into My glorious conservatory. There is life, color, growth, sounds, and refreshment all right inside. My plans for you are teeming with tropical life! Don’t look so forlorn. Today has surprises of its own built in when you have eyes that recognize and capture special moments. Let your Spirit be lifted in hopeful anticipation. Look for and notice color in life today!

Choose How You’ll Respond

My Spirit resides within you. Your task is merely to choose how you’ll respond to it. Many respond with skepticism or distrust. They say, “Yes! I believe”, then turn and walk away with fears, worries, and resentments from the challenges of life. They forget the abundant resource ever available within themselves to find My Peace in all circumstances. You can respond with enthusiasm, instead. The path of a life accompanied by My Presence and aware of My Peace is a road complete with the fullness of joy, and always available to you. What choice will you make in your response today?

Sadness Inside

I detect that note of sadness inside, – well-hidden from others’ observation. You can come to Me in that vulnerable space because I get it. I know exactly what you are missing, grieving, and disappointed by. It’s okay to be sad like that. I never see it as a sign of weakness. Allow Me to console you, just being near and sitting in that pool of grief together. Soon I will help you rise above it all. There is a season for everything, and joy will come in the morning. 

Being Light-Hearted

Sometimes being “lighthearted” takes a conscious effort. When life is discouraging, choosing to believe in My ability to help you overcome can be hard. Choose belief today anyway. Defiantly stand in the face of all that seeks to overwhelm you and say, “My God is bigger than this!” I am a trustworthy and loving God who notices and attends to every detail of your life. You can aim your face to My Light of hope and let it fill your heart with courage to get through the day. There is joy up ahead, and reason to be Light-hearted yet today.

An Audience of One

Concentrate on My flow plan for today. As activities unfold, moment by moment, allow My lead to guide your steps. Recognize the pressure for “performance” that is ego-driven, and instead, perform for Me as an audience of One. Show your stuff in honor of Me. It’s okay to be enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and appealing to others – this is part of how I designed you. Share news and information that edifies. Be delightful! You are My bright child in whom My Light shines. Go with confidence, joyfully, into this day with the pressure off. In you I am already well-pleased.
