You can put your hope in Me. I know you are leery, though. Life circumstances and hurtful encounters have made you retreat into self-protection. When you distance yourself from others, though, you actually distance yourself from Me. Give Me a chance to love you again, – even through others. Draw near and see what happens. My mighty hand of healing and love can work miracles. Start with an ounce of hope and mix it with a splash of belief that things can get better. Allow Me the opportunity to work in your life like that. I am a trustworthy God.

Recognize the Goodness In You
It pains Me to hear you beating yourself up so much on the inside. Your unrelenting self-critical thoughts are doing damage to My beautiful creation. Those exaggerated images of your flaws are blown out of proportion. Oh My Child, come to Me to hear the truth and find the reassurance you need. Look up, My beloved, and recognize the Goodness I designed and see in you. I long to restore your self-image to its natural state of ease and radiance. Trust Me, believing that you are good, kind, and capable. You are a reflection of Me. Try being gentle and kind in your self-talk today.
Throw Guilt Out
Allow Me to bless you with simple pleasures today. I am a God who calls all to BE RESTORED. I know life can feel overwhelming and burdensome at times, so it is important to enjoy a reprieve now and then. Don’t feel guilty about this. In fact, throw guilt out the door because it has no place in My God-driven life plan for you. Replace any tendency toward guilt with inspiration as I call you to attend to matters of My choosing. Let Me lavish you with some Goodness today so you can in turn share compassion, kindness, and generosity with others in Spirit, attitude, and through whatever means I distribute into your care.
Grace Can Fill In the Cracks
I am with you in your brokenness. It is through the chips and cracks that I can seep in and become a part of you. Acknowledge My Presence in you. Stop feeling like you have to strive for some intangible goal of “worthiness”. See My unconditional love and acceptance reflected back to you when you look in the mirror. Learn to be tender with yourself so that you can mend from unpleasant experiences. Trust My love and acceptance, for this is truth.
Grace-Filled Mercy
Your presence to others has a great deal of meaning in their lives. You are My representative, you know. Each time you show gentleness, compassion, and attentiveness to others I am reflected in your eyes. Grace-filled mercy can pour forth from your lips when you speak life-giving words of hope or encouragement. Pay attention to how I nudge you into action, and don’t be surprised if you are on the receiving end, too. I don’t just “use you”; I care for you, – always. Be replenished through these interactions, – Grace washing over wounds like a gentle stream, whisking away sorrow, hurt, and fear.
The Most Unbearable Burden
I can bear the most unbearable burden. The cross I carry is long-lasting, strong, and able to handle any weight. I watch over those who suffer. I ease pain, – sometimes only in slow increments, but always enough to make your load bearable. I could ease yours more if you would trust that I am carrying ALL of it. Release it,-completely!, – and then experience the peace that goes beyond understanding. Release your grip on things of this earth. I love you and will provide for your every need.
Sit Still, At Peace Inside
It is really important that you take big chunks of time out of your routine to break free from the demands of the day. Learn to sit still, relaxing your face and jaw, – breathing in and out deeply and slowly. I meet you in this space and place every time. Let Me remind you that I am in charge as your loving Provider. All the details will work out in due time whether you obsess about them or not. Strive to be at peace inside knowing I am trustworthy and reliable.
Justice and Healing
Let Me be perfectly clear: no act of harm or injustice done to you goes unnoticed by Me. Just because I call you to love and forgive does not mean I tolerate or excuse injustice. It angers and pains Me more than you can imagine. I weep and cry out and gnash My teeth right alongside you over hurtful acts. Do not be ashamed about voicing what has happened. The world needs to understand wrong from right. I will take care of the healing and the retribution from here. Come into My protective arms now. Just lean in and be comforted.
Every Little Bit Used for Good
You know how to do what I have asked. You’ve gained a particular set of skills, knowledge, and experience from all that you’ve been through. I will use every little bit for Good, – even the parts that have hurt the most going through them. Trust Me; I don’t want you to be hurting forever. Rise up, take a deep breath, and remember who you belong to. No child of Mine goes unattended to.
Allow Me to Lead the Process
I will show you the way to walk. There are places I need you to take your stories to eventually. For now, consider this a time of preparation; – a time when I am giving you greater insights while you uncover buried thoughts or hurts, guided by safe people I place in your life. You are that safe person for others, too. My wisdom works its way through many layers. Continue allowing Me to lead the process, peacefully moving you forward one step at a time. You don’t have to give in to old habits of anxiety or excessive planning. I can keep you calm.
