Concentrate on My flow plan for today. As activities unfold, moment by moment, allow My lead to guide your steps. Recognize the pressure for “performance” that is ego-driven, and instead, perform for Me as an audience of One. Show your stuff in honor of Me. It’s okay to be enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and appealing to others – this is part of how I designed you. Share news and information that edifies. Be delightful! You are My bright child in whom My Light shines. Go with confidence, joyfully, into this day with the pressure off. In you I am already well-pleased.

What Catches the Eye
The world is full of vain pursuits of perfection. It’s so easy to be distracted by appearances and things other than My design or purpose for you. What catches the eye is not always what is essential to truly living well. Beware of eye-catchers that seek to become idols swaying you from healthier living and true pursuits. Look for My Guidance as I send genuine opportunities to satisfy your hunger for passion, recognition, and acceptance. Seek to hear My call to you at all times and look for opportunities to do what comes naturally to you. You don’t have to manufacture ways to be noticed in order to be pleasing in My sight.
Sacred Text Connecting You
Touch the pages of My Word and recognize that they are REAL, – passed down from age to age so that you, too, may hear My voice and the voice of My Father. Holy, sacred text connecting you to heavenly realms of understanding, guidance, and consolation. Then, place your fingertips on your head and heart, recognizing that My Presence is also real within you. I am an active God, full of wonder, desire, love, compassion and forgiveness. It’s important that you stop criticizing and condemning yourself for every flaw. Allow Grace to wash your mind clear from harmful worries and any misperceptions as you take in My story and choose to walk in the holy steps I place on your path. Walk in joy, connected with Me as a tangible, forgiving, loving God.
I Know the Way
I know the way. I know the reasons. Walk in trust, knowing that I am leading you right where I most need you to go. You will enter every event and circumstance well-equipped to do My work. Relax into the experience, listening and speaking as My Spirit prompts you to. I picked you for these tasks and encounters because I sustain all life. You are created for My Good. I interweave people, needs, skills, blessings, hurts, and healing by attending to each person with great love and mastery over all things. Allow Me to do a good work in You and through you today. Don’t forget that I’m listening and attending to each of your own deep and personal needs, too. I hear the unspoken pieces and am responding to all things in due time.
Use Your Heart Instead of Words
Allow the draw of our relationship to keep you seated with Me long enough to gain your fill of truth and direction. I ask you to hold your tongue today and practice the art of listening before speaking. Observe those who are hurting and silently, secretly, offer them up to My healing hands. Take the pressure off of yourself trying to come up with the right words. Instead, stay true to the heart behind the tongue. Try this simple technique and see how My Love -Light grows through quietly attentive interactions. Be My Light on the world using your heart instead of your words.
Stop Pushing Yourself to the Limit
I will love you for all time, no if’s, and’s or buts. You may be making things harder in your mind than they need to be. Stop your crazy-making ways of striving all the time, as if pushing yourself to the limit somehow pleases Me. That is distorted thinking. Yes, I call you to action – but not action that causes you to burn out. Daily I encourage you to BE STILL and know Me. This time of quiet is necessary to rejuvenate your Spirit. By connecting with Me each morning you can reap the benefit of enhanced awareness of My constant companionship throughout the day. I never leave your side, even when you aren’t ‘being productive’. My love for you is unending.
Be Flexible Today
I’m preparing you to start this day. You’ve wrapped your head tightly around your to-do list, but I may have other things in store. I ask you to be flexible today, open to how I want to work in your life. I know how releasing your grip of control makes you nervous, but as you place child-like trust in Me you will see how much easier I make the work ahead. Let go of your worries, investing confidence in Me and My Good plans in store for you.
Take Today Moment By Moment
Keep listening. I am near. Even when it’s hard to decipher My call to you, I am still present, always. I may have asked you to pull back from a busy schedule and observe Me in action attending to you and others in small ways. If I’m nudging you into action, you’ll know it. My ways are unstoppable. Take today hour by hour and moment by moment so that you can be aware of My nearness and reassured My purposes are being carried out.
Hand Over All That Clenches You
I am able to help you take better care of yourself. You don’t have to live in constant overdrive, numbing out with food or cluttered activity. I offer Grace to wash over all your troubles and concerns. Once your mind is eased with My assistance, it frees you to make better choices on what fills your body, mind, and schedule. Come to Me. Relax your jaw and hand over all that clenches you. Breathe in My Light and reassurance that I will make the way for today clear to you. You can rely fully on Me.
How You Approach Things
I never leave you to handle things all by yourself. I can redeem past hurts & sorrows and help with current challenges, making Goodness happen, but you are still allowed the freedom to choose how you see and approach things. Consider bringing your perspective before Me for review. Allow Me to help sort things out and assist you with clearing your mind. As you become open to My loving, gentle guidance I will give you direction on how to handle whatever you are encountering. In choosing to push your momentary distress aside and trust Me instead, I’ll make way for a fresh outlook on the most helpful approach to your situation.
