Holy Things Occur

As you open yourself to My guidance, holy things occur. Lives are touched by your compassion. Your sensitivity allows you to connect to others with an innate sense of trustworthiness, which gives them the message it is safe to open up. Speak truth, show kindness, and act lovingly. All of this is embedded in Grace. Holy touch, holy eyes that see and ears that hear. Allow holiness to take over your life daily, hourly, and one task at a time. This doesn’t have to be a daunting or unreachable request. My message is simple: you are already holy in My likeness as you practice being present in these ways to others.

Get Rid of the Clutter and Haste

You can be inspired and inspiring. Watch those around you who live joyfully or peacefully, and emulate a lifestyle that devotes itself to those things. Simplicity is a spiritual discipline worth practicing and will help you get there. As you learn to simplify your choices, schedule, and environment, you make room for My spontaneity to enter. Slowing down your activity level will make you more receptive to the slight twists and bends of the journey I’d like to lead you on. I make ways in the wilderness. You’ll find the path I have marked for you. For now, get rid of the clutter and haste. Slowing and simplifying will bring greater joy and peace of mind to you. Less is more.

Show a Smile of Reassurance

Go about your day, attending capably and lovingly to others I place in your path. I ask you to listen, reassure, teach, and guide them. I’ll equip you for this task, so just listen for My nudging. I will gift you with My patience and grace. Show a smile of reassurance on your face. Allow My Light to shine within and all around you this way, soothing frazzled ends. You will understand what it means to live with peace flowing like a river as you become a river guide in this flow of everlasting love.

You can bear everything that will take place and unfold today. I have excellent interactions that await you. Choose to look forward to them rather than mistakenly dreading poor outcomes. I mean it when I say I have good plans in store. Set your mind on positive and hopeful things to come. Be open to My direction. Practice being flexible and open minded today. This will help you live a life of ease rather than resistance and clinging to old ways. Watch eagerly as I bring new life and new vision to you.

Hopeful Plans For You

Whenever a new year arises, people tend to reflect on where they’ve been and possibilities for where they are going. Be cautious about getting caught up in old ruts where your tires spin in the mud of regret. Also watch out for fear-based projections about what is around the corner,  anticipating that things won’t turn out as you would like or will be too hard to manage. Neither of these things are true. I am a loving God with hopeful plans in store for you. I’ll carry you through hard times and open doors for Good things to arrive in your life and in the lives of those you care about. Choose to concentrate on living fully present in today, and hand Me your past and future. This is how you build new habits of peace of mind.

Leadership

Remember Who is in charge. You are so prone to taking on more responsibility than is really yours to carry. Try stepping back more today and allow others to lead in their own style. Consider that I may be the One behind their decisions, actions, and choices, – even if their leadership style is different than your expectations. Your presence is still needed, but try taking  a supportive role of others rather than stepping in to take charge all the time. Let the chips fall where they may as you find peace by trusting My true leadership in every situation you encounter.

I’ll Keep You Afloat

You are in My kind hands today. I can navigate the tricky waters ahead with you. Just sit back in My boat as together we face the direction you are headed in. Entrust Me with the oars, and hand over the choices to Me. I can handle the rapids and keep you afloat, even in stormy times. I may ask you to help paddle upstream a bit, but together we can navigate it all safely.

Cut Back on Guilt and Resentment

You are anxious and worried about many things. Only one thing is required: following Me and My loving guidance in your life. Stop worrying so much about what others will think. Cut back on guilt and resentment. Examine your “obligatory” commitments and see what you can release if it is no longer life-giving. Try getting involved joyfully by doing the things you love and that come naturally to you. It’s OK to hand over responsibilities to others who may be waiting for a chance to become more involved. Service for My Good was never meant to be such a burden. I love seeing a cheerful giver and I long for you to be at peace.

The Driver’s Seat

My desire is to give you true peace of mind. Today, try pulling back if you find yourself moving into an anxious driver’s seat. Slide over to the passenger side and hand Me the keys to take you where you need to go. I will help navigate the turns, and I know which speed is needed for each length of the road. Breathe easier with Me in the driver’s seat and you safely buckled in by My loving hand. I won’t steer you wrong.

A Different Route

Wherever you go, I will go. Your life is full of your own choices. No matter what, I will never abandon you. As you choose your path for today, consider stopping to ask Me for directions. I may set you on a different route than you had planned, so be open to that. My route may take you to new and unexpected places. These may take a little extra work on your part, but I’ll equip you for it all. The choice of direction is always yours, but I will be with you wherever you go.
