Goodness On The Agenda

I have many words for you, every day! But I will only send what you are ready to hear and comprehend. When you are so preoccupied with all you think needs to get done or with beating yourself up over yesterday, you may miss out on the Goodness I had on the agenda. Today’s message is simple: Cut yourself some slack so you can appreciate and get pleasure out of what the day holds in store. Pay attention! Really stop to taste your food and to view the colors all around you. Slow down so you can enjoy these things. This will help you better recognize and trust that My hand is at work in your life. Find joy in these little moments. Go ahead! Take time out for enjoyment. See how I aim to bless you.

Today Has Surprises Of It’s Own

I see you dragging your feet into this day. I know not every day feels “joyful”, especially during this holiday season during a pandemic. Let Me help you rise to the occasion. Think of Me standing before you, beckoning you with a smile into My glorious conservatory. There is life, color, growth, sounds, and refreshment all right inside. My plans for you are teeming with tropical life! Don’t look so forlorn. Today has surprises of its own built in when you have eyes that recognize and capture special moments. Let your Spirit be lifted in hopeful anticipation. Look for and notice color in life today!

Choose To Be Confident

As you work on believing in yourself, you will achieve greater things. My love for you is solid and steadfast. The way you use My gifts that are imbedded in your makeup will be enhanced when you choose to be confident, trusting My design of you and the plans for your day ahead. Relax into your various roles. You are the right person, at the right time. There is no need to panic or fear. All is right.

Full Plate

I see that full plate and calendar before you. It is, indeed, a lot to do. Take comfort in recognizing it is not yours alone to take care of. I am partnered with you the whole way! I also draw others in to help accomplish My divine mission, so be sure to include them by being invitational and trusting. That which is most necessary today will get done; you can safely release the rest. Use your faith in Me to walk peaceably through one thing at a time.

I Am At The Helm

I see your nervousness and sense your worries. The work ahead need not overwhelm you. I am at the helm, guiding you and those around you in the direction that is most needed. You merely need to attend to whatever I place in your path today. Make eye contact, smile, listen, and ask questions with genuine sincerity and interest. The work will still get done. My plan will  unfold, little by little. See how I bless you, calming your nerves in the process.

When Inspiration Is Hard To Come By

Some days seem more bleak, mundane, or overwhelming than others. On those days when inspiration is hard to come by, still make time to sit quietly with Me. As you hone in on My Presence, a flicker of Light will come on inside. Something deeper will be awakened, giving a sense or purpose that cannot be seen or named. I work in and around you every single day. I call you to My Mission. Trust in the truth that I need you in this day, and proceed with openness and receptivity to whatever I bring before you. I am with you, always.

Trust-Filled Words

Take the pressure off yourself. I’ve got this, and you are already in My protective care. Remember to pause, intentionally stopping to acknowledge Me. After all, I’m the One in charge, but not in a condescending or demanding way. I want what’s best for you and for those around you. Stop and say, “I do trust You, Lord. I know and believe You love me and You are taking care of things.” Everything lines up better when you utter trust-filled words of faith like this.

What I Put On Your Heart

Stay true to what I put on your heart and what resonates on a gut-level. It is here that I speak to you in mysterious ways. The nudge to call someone that comes out of the blue. The urge to truly listen and focus on strangers or acquaintances who talk to you, not giving in to distraction or allowing impatience or boredom to pull you away. Everyone deserves to be heard, – even you. I assure you, I am listening. I may be urging you to speak up, too. Listen to your heart and sense the part that is My voice calling out. You can trust the way I speak to you and sense the direction you are to take. 

Lacking Motivation

I see your weariness, recognizing that you are bone-tired and lacking motivation. What if I approached you and said, “Get up! Pick up your mat, and let’s go!” Wouldn’t you do it readily for Me, with a renewed spring in your step? What I call you to today may not be as dramatic as that story, but how I call you is the same for you as it was for that person. Your work today, – the job you are “hired” for, – is to follow Me. I call you to the labor at hand, which is work we’ll do together. I’ll energize you, feed you, and assign the tasks to be done. I’ll even equip you with  the skills needed for each assignment. Rise up joyfully, My beloved child; it’s time to get to work. Join Me in the day’s adventures ahead. 

Take Control of Your Thoughts

No one and nothing can stop My plans for your life from being fulfilled in My timing. You know how I taught you “Do not let your hearts be troubled.” Take this advice seriously. Take control of your anxious thoughts that try to spiral you downward. Identify the concerns as they arise, then release them fully to Me. Abandon the lifestyle filled with futuristic, unwarranted worries and live in My Presence, instead. This With-God life will help you find joy in the land of the living.
