No Need to be Carrying Shame

Why are you still carrying around that shame inside your head? When I say you are forgiven, it is a done deal. There’s no need to keep going back and rehashing scenes in your head, beating yourself up over words or actions you now regret. Glance at them if you must, but only to learn what you want to aim to do differently in the future. Other than that, I call you to love yourself and accept the forgiveness and grace that’s already been awarded by Me. I want you to live a life of peace and self-acceptance, knowing that you are loved by Me and that is enough.

Stop With All the Self-Doubt

You are good enough and likeable. You ARE. Stop with all the self-doubt. Yell at the ridiculing voice inside your head trying to make you question your likeability. Don’t succumb to believing the lies of the deceiver. Laugh at him, and scoff at his attempts to make you believe such polar opposites to My truth about you. The truth is, you are a loving and positive light in the world, and others are drawn to you because of how I live in your heart. Nothing can overpower the brightness in your soul so go live mightily and joyfully basking in the truth about you today.

All We Are Capable Of Together

Every day you are one day older, with one more day of life experience to add to your understanding of how life works. Today, I want you to acknowledge all that you and I have been capable of together. You have legitimate wisdom and insight based on your experiences, and I’ve infused your path with My help and goodness through thick and thin. Tell others of how you got through the tough times, acknowledging My help and letting them know I’m there for them, too. My love knows no boundaries. Be the Light this way today.

Resist the Urge to Relive Yesterday’s Worries

I am sovereign over all things. When worries of yesterday crop up, resist the urge to relive the experience or to criticize your every move. Quickly push the anxiety aside by saying, “Lord, You placed me where I was and I can trust You with the impact and outcomes.” You need not worry about others impressions of you. My love for you is all-encompassing, and I want you to rest assured that all is well with you in My eyes. Take this to heart: you are loveable, likeable, and accepted.

Being Around Others

Being around others can be challenging. You long for belonging and acceptance, but interactions with others can be fickle and unpredictable. I am your constant Companion, ever-present and adoring of you. Let this loving truth overpower any fear of being rejected, excluded, or misunderstood. Look for My kindness to appear in conversations and exchanged glances or smiles. Enter these spaces confidently, trusting My Presence in and around you. I will meet you and be with you wherever you go.

How I’ve Helped You

You need not be timid about acknowledging My hand in your life to others. Speak often of Me and how I’ve helped you. Others hunger for this, and long for the awareness you have of My love for ALL. Having faith is a good thing! Don’t worry so much about what others will think of you, or how what you share may be interpreted or misinterpreted. I’l take care of the outcomes and impact. Just be honest, transparent, and authentic. Your words will speak volumes to many. I need your voice to help carry My hope into the world.

Allow Your Playful Side

I am working behind the scenes so you can lighten up a bit on yourself. Let joy bubble up from beneath the surface by allowing your playful side to peek through. Go ahead – laugh a little at yourself and your circumstances. This will help ease any strain caused by them otherwise. Remind yourself that what matters most is to live with love. Being able to shrug off minor irritations will help shift the weight to a more balanced perspective. You don’t have to live under all that pressure. After all, -this, too, shall pass.

Your Longing for Confidence

I know your longing for confidence and a sense of inner ease. I also see the frail moments where, in your head, you are susceptible to crumbling to pieces. It’s okay that this happens now and then. Be kind and forgiving to yourself when it does, showing gentle compassion and healthy self-care. I will mend every single piece of that brokenness. No crumb goes unnoticed by Me. Picture Me gazing lovingly at you as I reassuringly pick up piece after piece. I will wipe every tear away and breathe restoration into your deflated spirit.
