Present and Attentive to You

When you are sad or anxious, I am fully present. I don’t wait for you to be struggling in order to come near, though. The truth is, I am always fully present and attentive to you. That may be hard to wrap your head around when you are caught up in worries or stress. Be gentler on yourself. I don’t mind attending to your needs. Take a break from sadness, worry, and fear, and rest in My safe arms for a while. Let Me nurture you back to confidence. Everything will work its way out in due time.

Not Awfulizing Emotions

There are ebbs and tides of difficult emotions that naturally come and go in this life, You can endure them all reasonably well as you lean into My companionship. I face all of these with you, pointing out when you are overreacting or assuming too much responsibility. Instead of chastising yourself or trying desperately to control things that distress you, pick them up and hold them to My Light. Together, let’s observe what is going on and gently set it down, not succumbing to awfulizing emotions or letting fear of the unknown overwhelm you. I will always help you bear what is. Breathe in trust of My helping hand.

Being Around Others

Being around others can be challenging. You long for belonging and acceptance, but interactions with others can be fickle and unpredictable. I am your constant Companion, ever-present and adoring of you. Let this loving truth overpower any fear of being rejected, excluded, or misunderstood. Look for My kindness to appear in conversations and exchanged glances or smiles. Enter these spaces confidently, trusting My Presence in and around you. I will meet you and be with you wherever you go.

The Worries You Carry

The Power of Loving Acceptance

You are My child, and oh-so-beautiful to Me. Look to see My eyes of love for you, which is real and powerful. I think of you as wondrous, kind, and full of Goodness. That is what others see in you and know to be true. They are drawn to you because of it. Let them know how pleasing they are, too, and find your irritability or anxiety becoming overshadowed by the power of loving acceptance. See how this releases unnecessary stress. No worries or fear of commitment are warranted. Let your heart be softened by relying on and trusting in the art of My design.

Good At Things

Look over your shoulder and find Me endearingly watching you do your thing. Don’t be afraid to be yourself and let your light shine today. I made you good at particular things, – and you know what they are, – so do them joyfully. Use your gifts with an inner peace and outward confidence. No more, no less will be asked of you. You are enough, and you are amazing!

Your True Value

You think I haven’t been speaking to you much lately, but this isn’t true. Every time you experience a nudge encouraging you to challenge your self-critical talk, it is my voice of loving reassurance telling you of your true value and worth. When you hear a gentle reminder of “do not fear”, it is Me saying, “I’ve got this”, “It’s not all up to you”, and “You aren’t in trouble”. When you are riddled with worry, turn to My face of love and concern for you. I have you cupped in the palm of My ever-capable hands. I delight in you! And I want only Good things for you, not dismay. Come to Me,- daily, hourly, – and see that all is and will be well; for I am yours and you are Mine.

Don’t Be Scared

Don’t be scared. I know who you are and what you are capable of. I have the plan and the means already taken care of! I am still strengthening you for big things – and GOOD things. So I say it again: don’t be scared. When I am with you and for you, all is on track for wellness. Focus on My mission for you today, which is just to take one thing at a time, – no more, no less. You can do it, partnered with Me all the way. I call you to the calm energy within which will drive and sustain you. That energy comes from My love, alive in you.

Practice Love and Acceptance

So much of the world is presented in extremes: “right” vs. “wrong”; “my way” vs. “your way”. I am much more tolerant of frailties and misgivings. My will is for what is full of Goodness and Love, – the extreme Light of the world. I desire for you to practice that kind of love and acceptance of others even in their places of darkness. People get overshadowed by pride, ego, fear, and defensiveness. These get cloaked in anger, retaliation, gossip, and vengefulness. The best way to combat darkness is with LIGHT, – My Light. Picture yourself cloaked in shining garments, radiant with peace. You can be an element of Grace and Light in the world. Even if it’s only in one corner today, you can light up a room. I will equip you as you ask for help. Let Goodness triumph over darkness today; do not fear, for I will give you safety and reassurance.

Would You Believe Me?

What if I were to tell you, “All is well”. Would you believe Me? What if I said, “I’m taking care of everything.” Would you trust Me? Why do you live in such doubt and fear, panicking that everything is about to fall apart just around the corner? I tell you sternly and lovingly, stop your thoughts from going into panic and planning mode. I know it is uncomfortable having to blindly trust Me on all matters, but I do have a plan and a destination for you today, tomorrow and into the future. Watch and wait with quiet trust and peaceful anticipation. I’ve always come through, carrying you through hard times. Do not fear change if that is what is needed. All things will come to Light when they are due.
