Practice the art of peaceful smiling. Just pause, look around, and put forth a grateful grin toward all you see in the moment, knowing that you and I are meeting right here, right now. Like our own little secret, you can take pleasure in this connection. Trust that I am here, bestowing Goodness upon you. I am working everything out for your future so you don’t have to worry or think about that right now. Just smile and say, “You’ve got this, God, – and I’ve got you, so all is well”. Thank Me as I smile upon you, as well.

Wanting My Love to Be Enough
My Grace is enough for you. It will sustain you through your difficulties. Of course I am pleased with you! You are My beloved. There is no one beyond My reach of love – especially not you, My child. I call you MINE, loving you deeply and even more than you love your own circle of loved ones. Look up. See Me gazing at you with such great tenderness, wanting to erase your worries and remove your pain; wanting My love for you to be enough. You know what that feels like. Just as you wish for your deep love of those whom you treasure to be enough for them, I want that for you.
Standing Out
Look for the most vivid color that you can spot in your surroundings. Hone in on it, trying to notice every detail for a moment. See how it stands out, intricately woven. That’s how you are to Me: worthy of being noticed and even admired. Acknowledge My Presence within the design. Allow yourself to be astonished by this truth and take time to appreciate our Goodness together. You matter to Me. Practice this simple act of observance everywhere you go today, impressed by the clarity of how one thing can stand out so clearly as evidence and a reminder of My Presence and love in the world.
Don’t Let Anxiety Win Out
You and I can handle the day ahead. I know you feel fearful and want to reclude. Don’t let the anxiety win out. With My help you can face all things. My plans hold Light and Goodness in store that may surprise you. Pause, breathe, and regroup in My calming and strengthening Presence. Shake off the gloom and doom, reminded that I have better things in store for you.
Be the Personable You I Created
Yield to My beautiful design for you, full of love and tremendous purpose. You are a good person, so stop questioning that. Smart, thoughtful, capable, loving, – and oh-so-sensitive. I see you trying very hard to make life special and supportive to others. You care, deeply. You, My dear, make a positive difference in the world. Get back on track believing this. Don’t let self-doubt shake this foundational truth about you. Go, – be with others and picture yourself comfortable in these shoes of sociability. Be the personable you I created. Remember who formed you!
Give Me a Chance
You can put your hope in Me. I know you are leery, though. Life circumstances and hurtful encounters have made you retreat into self-protection. When you distance yourself from others, though, you actually distance yourself from Me. Give Me a chance to love you again, – even through others. Draw near and see what happens. My mighty hand of healing and love can work miracles. Start with an ounce of hope and mix it with a splash of belief that things can get better. Allow Me the opportunity to work in your life like that. I am a trustworthy God.
Be a Companion To Others
My hand is at work in your life in mostly imperceptible ways. This does not mean I’m orchestrating only demands upon you, nor does it mean your life will be free of hardships. I ask you to be a companion to others along the way. I need your voice to help shepherd and guide My sheep on earth. Do so patiently today- and trust My involvement in your acts of outreach. I will give you the words to say and the steps to take in bringing My Good to all that you encounter today. In this, you will know joy.
Grace-Filled Mercy
Your presence to others has a great deal of meaning in their lives. You are My representative, you know. Each time you show gentleness, compassion, and attentiveness to others I am reflected in your eyes. Grace-filled mercy can pour forth from your lips when you speak life-giving words of hope or encouragement. Pay attention to how I nudge you into action, and don’t be surprised if you are on the receiving end, too. I don’t just “use you”; I care for you, – always. Be replenished through these interactions, – Grace washing over wounds like a gentle stream, whisking away sorrow, hurt, and fear.
Find My Lively Presence
Hush your mind. Know that I am alive in you and not a distant thought or far-off friend. I actively inhabit your body and soul. I won’t arrange your day so that you will come meet with Me. No, – your free will is in charge of that and your time is yours to choose how you spend it. I leap joyfully when you consciously and conscientiously choose to be present to Me, listening to My voice. Turn to Me – hourly, minute by minute, – and find My lively Presence already within. You can be satisfied with Me alone; come and find your fill.
Recognize My Presence
I know you question why you can’t seem to tangibly feel My Presence. It’s hard to explain in words because the ways I am with you vary. Use all of your senses today trying to notice how I reach out to you. Learn to recognize My Presence all around you, connecting inward to your Spirit with reassurance of My love and protection. Light, color, contact with others, scents, sounds, memories…my reach to you is infinite. Trust that I am constantly with you and the evidence will unfold.
