You don’t have to prove anything to anyone. You can walk humbly yet confidently, knowing that I am aware of all you do. I deem you worthy and accomplished. Others already see your capability and respect you for it. It’s the deceiver trying to convince you otherwise, but you can recognize the falsehood in that way of thinking and not let undue anxiety take over. I’ve placed you exactly where you are needed today. Because I am with you and there for you, you can be at peace inside. You are loved and valued more than you can see right now. Work on trusting Me with this truth

Be Resilient and Confident
I see your tentative nature as the day begins. I recognize the insecurities and self-doubt behind it. These are not accurate, though. I designed you elaborately and intricately. Past experiences and regret need not dominate your Spirit. Watch how I make all things new, including the day ahead. You can be resilient and confident with the competency to handle whatever faces you and I together today. The key here is holding tight to the truth: I am in and near you, both within you and others you’ll meet. Greet this day with holy anticipation that Goodness will surmount any challenges in this divine meeting of Spirit to Spirit.
Regardless of What Others Think
Regardless of what others think or say about you, I know the truth. You are loved and treasured; holy and sacred in My sight. Run to Me when you are scared and start to doubt this inherent truth. Bring your anxiety before Me so I can help soothe your fears and realign your outlook. Look for My perspective of Goodness and follow after it. You can still be at peace even when your relationships are broken.
Eliminate Shaming Ways
You are so hard on yourself sometimes. I don’t judge you harshly, My beloved child. That part you must own and work to change. I call you to face your world-damaged heart, recognizing the inaccurate criticism blown out of proportion, and eliminate those hurtful and shaming ways you speak to yourself. Ask Me to help you reach in to be reassured and consoled. Love of self does not mean being selfish or egotistical. Rather, love of self is a call to recognize your Divine beauty; your inherently unique traits and attributes I wish to be confidently utilized and cherished. Choosing to love yourself honors Me. You are sacred and valued.
Destined for Purposeful Use
All living things have the capacity for Me to work in and through them. Knowing this truth, how can you view your interactions with others differently today? Will you show more interest? Would you be more eager to listen than to expound your own opinions? Will you step into leadership roles, bravely trusting that I’ve equipped you? Go now in peace and enthusiasm to hear and be with Me. Walk with humble confidence, trusting that My Light is in you. You are destined for purposeful use in a world that is hungry for Me.
Loved and Respected
You know Me. Live your day knowing that no matter what, I love you deeply and unequivocally. Your anxiety will lessen as you concentrate on this fact and stop beating yourself up. You have done well, confronting things and working to improve communication with those around you. Even though that’s been a hard job, it is Good. You are already loved and respected. Now, just know Me more. Include Me in your days so I can gently caress away the fears and hurts. Do not fear impressions, because you are on an equal plane with others. Let’s celebrate that today.
Trust Your Inner Knowing
You’ll know what to say and how to say it when the time comes. Trust your inner knowing, which is My Spirit at hand. You can believe that I am with you and with them in that moment when you converse. I shed Light on all situations whether personal, public or private. Just open a window in your mind and remember that I’ve already been let in. It’s okay to let your guard down. Breathe in fresh receptivity.
Freeing You from the Weight of Anxiety
You know “hard” and you know “easy. I have been with you as you experience both of these. Even without knowing what today will bring, I can assure you I will always be with you, guarding and strengthening you for the tasks and experiences ahead. When it feels hard, lean your weary head in to My shoulder. When life is easier, share a grin with Me to celebrate. Just begin practicing awareness of My ever-present source of help and Light and you’ll find the weight of all circumstances becoming lighter, freeing you from the weight of anxiety about what lies ahead or how you’ll be able to manage. Live life with Me, knowing you are in My dwelling place.
The Speed of Activity
You’ve got plenty going on right now. Whether it’s slowing down or ramping up, let Me be the one who leads the pace. You’ve heard “timing is everything”, and “God-speed”. Let these phrases boost you with enough energy or patience to do what’s needed just for today. Really try staying in the present, trusting My timing and the speed of activity required of you. You don’t have to be intimidated when things are moving fast, nor do you have to feel agonized when life moves too slow for your taste. This is the perfect time to breathe in trust and exhale confidence in Me. Together with Me, it will all be just right.
Not Everyone is Equipped to Respond
You don’t have to bare your soul to everyone around you all the time. Not everyone is equipped to respond in healing ways to you, but I am. I know you and what you’ve been through. I’ve seen the hard things and been at your side when you’ve suffered. Allow Me to soothe your worried mind. Bring Me your present concerns and insecurities. I will be your safe place when you need comforting as well as your lifeboat in the storm. I will lift you up on solid footing again and fill you with the confidence you need to get by.
