Everyone is a little bit broken, – even you. I don’t say that to sound mean or critical. Rather, I want to reassure you that I see and hold your fragility. I “get” the fearful and anxious thoughts that come into play when you encounter people and circumstances that scare or upset you, or make you second-guess yourself. It’s okay to back off a bit when you feel a need for protection or time to regroup and regain your footing. Run to My safe arms, which are always nearby and open for you. I will help steady you and I always aim to protect you. As I comfort you, your nerves will be soothed. Today doesn’t have to rattle you; trust in My loving Presence.

Why can’t you seem to see how beautiful you are, just as you are? Comparison to others skews perspective. You are loved and beloved by Me, so what more is needed? I know you and your deepest thoughts and concerns. I see a different side of you. Where you see cynicism, I see hope. Where you catch negativity, I see a glimpse of possibility. You are not all “bad” and dark; actually, the opposite is true. You are full of Light and Goodness. Others are drawn to you because of it. This is the truth. The critical voice inside tries to block this holy perspective, but you can reject its influence. Be bold with your God-given confidence today, relying on your inherent Goodness. Be open to My love-song, and receive it with confidence that you are loved and will always be well cared for by Me. Be careful not to turn these experiences into an idol, though.
