There’s nothing you have to prove today. Start from there, and then move through your day in complete trust that you are A-OK and just the right person for whatever is in front of you. You can take a back seat when others need the lead or the limelight. All is well and you can be at ease, trusting My love for you just as you are.

You can trust Me to be present in every encounter and interaction today. My Presence can bring you a sense of calm. Work on identifying when old habits of angst, dread, worry, or fear start to arise. When you recognize those are happening, say to yourself “Out! These feelings don’t belong in my head.” I have designed your day and you are perfectly equipped to handle whatever comes before you, so there’s no need or use for self-doubt. I am with you and for you, and you are needed and valued exactly as you are without any pretenses. You can trust Me.

You don’t have to get so worked up over things today. Ask Me to help you settle down inside. When you start to rev up with anxiety or kick into control mode out of fear, push the pause button and turn to Me for perspective. Take a deep breath. Remember that I can and do turn all situations into good results over time. It’s not all up to you to lead, fix, or control. Once you see the outcomes are not all up to you to create, you can get back to concentrating on the parts you contribute. Remember how capable you are, and trust that I equip you for all that is needed. You can count on Me to be there with and for you, always.

Be slower to move in response to things today. Give yourself time to think things through and filter them from My perspective. I will help determine what needs a response now verses what can wait until later, helping to make things flow more effectively. The aim is to not be overwhelmed and to be less stressed by whatever comes at you. I will lead you on the path of ease and calm.

Let Me help you quiet yourself, as completely as you can. Do not invest your thought time in needless worries. Come to Me. Be still before Me and know that I am God. Recognize Who you are sitting with! I am the Almighty Creator of all things! All-powerful, all-loving, capable of greatness. But I do not Lord this OVER you. Rather, I call you into My loving arms, wanting to embrace you fully and tenderly, smoothing the fears and tension you experience and sorting out the difficulties you face. The good news here is that I am at work in your life. Seek to trust Me with all things. Prepare yourself to step in the direction I point you for your life’s purpose. I love when you sit with Me like this, quietly resting in My Presence and readying yourself for the plan. Thank you for giving yourself to Me during this time.

You’ve lived a life filled with constant concerns, some of which are real and valid. Other times they cause you unnecessary panic and anxiety, with you running at a hectic and frantic pace. I am leading you into a new era! There is a time for everything, and now is the time for peace within. Learn the art of slowing. Engage with each moment presented to you, training yourself in the discipline of attending to one thing at a time. Take notice of all that I am doing in, through, and around you as you sit back in a wondrous stance absorbing the marvelous view. All is well when you really stop to think about it. Stop with all the relentless striving and take stock in the goodness and calming I am offering to replenish your soul. I call you when you are needed, but I also give you rest. Simply be thankful.

Sometimes troubles come crashing in. When they do, there is still a way to be at peace: hand it all over to Me. Let Me survey the situation and help pick up the broken pieces. It’s okay to be still. Tell yourself, “All is well. No rushing or worries are needed.” Soak in the view around you as you quiet your mind enough to hear Me. I gift you with a life of ease in these moments. Glimpse the Goodness and behold My love for you in the calm of right here, right now. A slowed pace and quieting of the mind allows you to experience life as being manageable. Things will get done. You don’t have to live so frantically pushing agendas and to-do lists all the time. Just relax and stay awhile with Me, and I assure you the rest will fall into place.

Some find the wait to be too hard. They turn away from Me, thinking I am not at work supporting the lifestyle they want. In their pursuit of a lifestyle other than what I intended for them, many find this to not really be satisfying or uplifting after all. You can trust Me in the tasks I lay before you right now, no matter how complex, challenging, or mundane they may seem. As you grow to trust that I am at work in your life , I will transition you after you are finished attending to the present. When you are actually ready for change, I will make it happen. You can choose to trust Me in ALL your ways.
