When you feel a little sick or “off”, come to Me. Drink from My well of refreshment and healing. Take the load off your shoulders and sit with Me for a while. As you linger here, I will gently help you cope. Remember, I care about your every need. Move slower on these days, – just one step at a time is all that is needed. Before you know it, this challenge will have passed. I am with you and for you, always.

You don’t have to be timid or self-conscious today. I bring you into every experience with Godly confidence that you are exactly who and what is needed in that space. As you choose to trust Me and My great design for your day, let comfortable confidence arise from your core Spirit. It won’t be nearly as hard as you think or fearfully imagine it to be, because you can trust Me to equip you for every little detail. You’ll have the words and energy making you ready for whatever. Relax your forehead, face, and jaw. You carry so much tension at times, unaware of how hard you are striving and concentrating. Remember, you can release the planning into My capable hands for a minute and actually find a sense of calm and peace descend. Just close your eyes for a moment and breathe deeply, perhaps telling yourself “It’s okay. I can trust God to help work it all out.” You CAN trust Me; this is an absolute truth. I do so love you and am caring for every detail and concern in your life.

I want the honest truth in all of your vulnerability so that I can provide the reassurance you’ll need to get through your todays and tomorrows. Knowing Me doesn’t mean no more troubles will come, but it does mean that all things will be manageable.
