Do you trust Me to be caring for you? Because I AM, quietly and gently – sometimes imperceptibly by you, but ever-so-present, always. Close your eyes for a moment and let Me remind you of My great Love for you. I send forgiveness, strength, courage, love, and ways for you to find peace. Go gently into this day with less anxiety as you heighten awareness of My support to you. Pay attention to My call asking you to be My Presence in the world. You are capable of this; I will equip you with whatever you need. Above, underneath, and through it all is My love and caring for you. You will see and sense that today. Look for it.

With You In All Of It
You know the sting of pain and hurt. You’ve seen deep disappointment and frustration, especially lately. I am with you in all of it, but that can sound like a hollow phrase. Listen to it again, picturing Me right in front of you and speaking these words with the truest compassion and most sincere commitment possible on My Glorious face: “I am with you in ALL of it!” Not just in bits and pieces or here and there. I was with you back then, I’m with you now, and I”ll be with you when the next thing comes along. Look to Me for help and comfort. I am already there, offering My hand for your peace of mind.
Trust Your Capacity for Positive Influence
Your ability to connect to others comes from within, so use genuine conversation and reflect My Light of Love and Hope through your eyes and warm words. This comes naturally to you when you allow yourself to invest faith in My design. Believe in your inherent Goodness and trust your capacity to influence the world in positive ways today. No vision of that is too big or too small. Take full advantage of the opportunities I place before you to lovingly and brightly impact the world around you.
You Fit In
Do you know how much you are needed in the world? Do you recognize how others look to you for affirmation and encouragement? Do you see how I am at work not just in and for you, but also through you? Therein lies the truth. You are oh-so-valuable. You belong. You fit in and have a place and a purpose like no other. So much of your anxiety stems from doubting this. Ask My Spirit to help wash away the needs and fears so you can interact from a place of peaceful confidence today. Watch as Goodness unfolds naturally when you trust in being My creation with a purpose that suits you perfectly.
Let Me Do the Heavy Lifting
Start with this: be still. Be still and know. Know simplicity. Trust the plain and simple truth that you are LOVED, – truly loved! I am Good, and I am in you. Now, go and love others. Don’t make your day harder than it needs to be. Love yourself, love others. Lead by listening and being kind. Share. This is all good, simple, doable stuff. It doesn’t have to take anything extraordinary. Let Me do the heavy lifting today. Together we will carry out meaningful plans.
Be Grateful For Your Body
Don’t worry so much about the illness, fatigue, or aches of your body today. I am aware of them, and of your every need. These are not “dry bones”. I fill the marrow of your body with an intention that LIFE occurs. I give you life and breath for purposes that you may not yet see. For now, be grateful for your body, even with its flaws, aches, and pains. Move about your day reassured of My help with an ease that says, “I am capable, calm, and strong enough to handle all that comes my way.” Some days will be light and easy; others make you turn to Me for help bearing and enduring the strain. I will not let you down. Compassionately, I’ll be with you every step, working to mend and heal mind, body, and soul.
Conversation With Me
Think about Me today so that I can help you with whatever gives you anxiety or frustration. Make it part of your day to say hello to Me. Maybe mention, “Thank you”. Feel free to ask, “Did you notice____?” or “Would you like me to ____?” You fill in the blank in this intimate conversation with Me. Make ours a friendship you can’t wait to share each moment with or each decision made together. I can’t wait to spend the day with you! Let’s chat often, bringing awareness of My company and attentive love ever-so-alive for you.
Down Time
You will have the strength for what you need to do, but don’t neglect your need for rest, also. Down time is just as important as accomplishing tasks. Don’t overwork yourself. So many times I watch you striving so hard for goals which I have not set for you. I design your days with bits and pieces of a much bigger picture. Although you cannot envision that as fully as I do, I simply ask you to listen to My call and trust My guidance along the way. I will not push more upon you than you can reasonably carry. Examine your plans to see what is designed by Me vs. what is designed by the world. Reduce or eliminate tasks that bury you with needless stress, worry, or anxiety. I don’t want to exhaust your reserves. Trust that I will help you carry that which is truly important, then rest accordingly when the day is done.
Building Your Confidence
I am at work in your life, healing and evolving your body and mind. I have to move slowly, though, allowing you the time needed for building your confidence in and through Me. It’s not that I’m not capable of accomplishing things more quickly. Even though I am omnipotent, it’s you who sets the pace for our relationship. Once you practice trust and learn to release your cares to Me daily, you’ll see how quickly and constantly I am at work. Be mindful of allowing it to be My work that happens. Be open to how I want to utilize your life to accomplish My divine purposes. Abide in Me as I abide in you.
Wanting To Console You
I know you are struggling. There are many challenges facing you and they are blocking your capacity to see Me or be aware of My Presence. I can only try to reassure you I am here…it’s up to you to release those concerns to Me. Once you do, you will see Me more clearly, but I cannot take them from your grip. I designed you to be independent in your choices with that. How I ache for you, – wanting to console you. I am powerfully able to provide for your every need. Please, entrust your whole self and all of your burdens and cares to Me. Trust My ability to care for you completely.
