Rest for Your Body, Soul and Mind

You require more rest and balance. For some people this comes naturally and easily, but others like you have to work hard to establish boundaries and carve out time for rest. It may mean setting boundaries with others or boundaries against your relentless self that is so driven to accomplishment and perfection. Ask Me what is most needed today, and acknowledge the places you are vulnerable. I am not a harsh task-master driving you until you are weary in your bones. Don’t let exhaustion overcome you. Find rest for your body, soul and mind with My help. Remember that My first call invites you to peace.

Lost in a Sea of Needless Worry

When you are lost in a sea of needless worry, come into My arms. Be comforted and reassured. My love is real, My plans are good, and you needn’t be so afraid and worked up. Don’t be fooled by the misguided belief that things are “all up to you” to do, fix, or accomplish. Rest in My arms of reassurance until your fragile spirit is completely recovered. Remain close to My side with each step you take and lean in as needed for support. Things will work out; you can trust Me.

Driven with Excessive Responsibility

I call you to attend to certain tasks today, but this is never meant to be heard as a hard task-master. I call out with cries of love for you! How much I desire for you to first and foremost hear My bid for your loving gaze in return. You are so hard on yourself, – so driven with excessive responsibility for many things. As you learn to rely on me, your Maker and the great artist designing your life, you begin to comprehend how My capacity is greater than your needs. Turn to Me and find me Present at all times, and lean on Me to discover the strength and sustenance you need to complete all that is on your plate. Come away with My peace and joy ignited in your spirit.

Faithful to What is Placed in Your Heart

Be faithful to what I have placed in your heart. Show that faithfulness outwardly to others so that they, too, can find divine purpose and inspiration. You can be confident in trusting that My will is being carried out, and I am making a path for you in the uncharted wilderness. I place people and markers along the way, with Light illuminating what steps to take. Soon there will be a clearing that you will come upon. It’s okay to stay in that open space for a while, absorbing your surroundings and the Light before continuing on your path. Rest, and delight with Me without urgency to move forward just yet.

Build Calmness Into Your Day

You don’t have to be so rushed. There are ways to build calmness into your day, and into your head and heart. Choose to sit still, closing your eyes if you can, and concentrate on slow, deep breathing. Notice the Light pouring into your eyes, even through closed lids. Repel thoughts of tasks waiting to be done, deflecting them out of your mind intentionally as you seek My calming Presence. Soak it in. Repeat these mantras until My truth settles in: All is well. I am yours. Hear My voice.

Freed and Transparent

I call you to walk boldly, not sheepishly. I encourage you to write, speak and be observed by others as you walk uprightly. Using all of your wit, humility, and confidence interwoven is My design for you. Be freed from the chaos and shackles of constant self-remorse, – always replaying conversations in your head and worrying about how you were perceived. I will take care of those perceptions; you just concentrate on being transparent. You no longer have to hide your thoughts and emotions. Give voice to the things you haven’t yet been able to name or say out loud. There is great purpose in using this gift at places and times of My design.

When You Berate Yourself

You are My beautiful creation. I pride Myself for who you are and ‘how you turned out’. It pains me whenever you try to be something other than yourself, or when you berate yourself. I made you with an engaging personality. It’s not healthy to constantly second-guess your words and actions that come instinctively out of you. Don’t fear being yourself, or even being the center of attention at times. I set up opportunities for you to be there so that My light can shine brightly through you. I in you, you in Me. Your task is to learn to allow for this to be so and walk in this truth.

Reach for My Hand to Steady You

Hear Me: I am with you, never leaving your side. I am not distant. Stop all this striving on your own and reach for My hand to steady you. I will guide you away from the cliff’s edges. You don’t have to be afraid of the heights. Let’s stand and together enjoy the marvelous view instead of worrying about your footing. Don’t forget to look up now and then on your walk, and take notice of the good things along the way instead of always calculating the distance or amount of difficulty you imagine it will take. Even if a calamity or stress tries to threaten your wellbeing, all is actually well.

Bound for Greatness

You are bound for greatness. Do not take this message lightly. I have been preparing you through a lifetime of activities, experiences, and connections combined with the ways you’ve been personally shedding other layers to make you more in My likeness. I in you, you in Me. Don’t be frightened by this call. You already know how I equip you daily and you’ve seen doors open and paths made ready. You know it is coming. Yet, you also know to wait and be ready. Prepare the room with great joy and anticipation, for there will be much to be celebrated. Rest assured that I have great plans for you.

Be Unhurried

Go today amidst the noise and haste, walking a different pace. Be calm when confronted with any frazzled situations that arise, knowing that I AM. Be unhurried, – mindful and intentional in your decision making. I will put deliberate thoughts for you to consider and to guide you. People seek wisdom and justice. You can be a conduit for both of these as you listen for My still, small voice. I equip you not as an ego-booster but as a leader. I need your ears to hear Me so that your voice can speak truths, reassurances, and clarity. Feed those I put on your path, and watch miraculous work happening all around you.
