I have been preparing you through a lifetime of activities, experiences, and connections combined with the ways you’ve been personally shedding other layers to make you more in My likeness. I in you, you in Me. Don’t be frightened by this call. You already know how I equip you daily and you’ve seen doors open and paths made ready. You know it is coming. Yet, you also know to wait and be ready. Prepare the room with great joy and anticipation, for there will be much to be celebrated. Rest assured that I have great plans for you.

Addressing Habits of Negative Self-Talk

The pressures of life plus poor habits of negative self-talk have eroded the beautiful Light I placed in you. It’s time to address those habits and feed your mind My words instead: you are loved! Start from that basic, undeniable truth and work on softening all of the hard edges that have crusted over this core belief. My Light within you is not meant to be covered. Your innate ability to love and be loved is not meant to be stifled. Let’s scrape, sand, and strip off the corrosion so that when you hear My voice, firm and affirming, it resounds with hope and clarity. See how this change in perspective peels away stress, hurt feelings, and negative thoughts, simply by believing in yourself and in Me.

Your True Worth

Let’s talk about your value and worth. You tie it to so many unpredictable variables that are fragile, flawed, and ultimately unsupportive. The opinions of others are heavily tainted by their own experiences and opinions, which most of the time has nothing to do with you. The brief moments where you may be acknowledged by or shown appreciation from others will never sustain your inherent sense of being valued. It’s only by looking into My loving gaze that you can see and hold on to your true worth. Turn to Me often to see what “unconditional” means, and allow My tender Presence to heal your bruised ego. I love you just as you are, and you are truly precious cargo that I carry with Me. I deem to protect and treasure you always.

Stop With All the Self-Doubt

You are good enough and likeable. You ARE. Stop with all the self-doubt. Yell at the ridiculing voice inside your head trying to make you question your likeability. Don’t succumb to believing the lies of the deceiver. Laugh at him, and scoff at his attempts to make you believe such polar opposites to My truth about you. The truth is, you are a loving and positive light in the world, and others are drawn to you because of how I live in your heart. Nothing can overpower the brightness in your soul so go live mightily and joyfully basking in the truth about you today.

Resist the Urge to Relive Yesterday’s Worries

I am sovereign over all things. When worries of yesterday crop up, resist the urge to relive the experience or to criticize your every move. Quickly push the anxiety aside by saying, “Lord, You placed me where I was and I can trust You with the impact and outcomes.” You need not worry about others impressions of you. My love for you is all-encompassing, and I want you to rest assured that all is well with you in My eyes. Take this to heart: you are loveable, likeable, and accepted.

Being Around Others

Look for My kindness to appear in conversations and exchanged glances or smiles. Enter these spaces confidently, trusting My Presence in and around you. Ever-present and ever-ready to assist you to breathe ease into your anxious little heart. It takes one simple act on your part: to choose to believe in Me and receive this free gift. Choose Me. Choose “us”! Life doesn’t have to ‘get to you’ if you start to accept that I am already there for you, – never dropping or abandoning you. I will help you get through anything and everything. I even help you rediscover joy. Say yes to our togetherness and allow yourself to breathe a sigh of relief as I comfort you this way.

Let them know how pleasing they are, too, and find your irritability or anxiety becoming overshadowed by the power of loving acceptance. See how this releases unnecessary stress. No worries or fear of commitment are warranted. Let your heart be softened by relying on and trusting in the art of My design.
