Don’t look back. Too many people get anxious over past conversations and decisions. What is done is already done, so leave it to Me to work all things into something Good and helpful. Nothing you’ve experienced will go to waste. I make you stronger, wiser, and more compassionate by allowing you to experience life in your free will. Live in 24-hour increments and you will find a life of greater peace and ease.

You are not a mess. Even though there are parts of you that you wish were different, I love you exactly as you are. How much happier you would be if you stopped criticizing yourself all the time. Accept what is, and move on. Stop trying so hard to change. Allow yourself to be content within yourself here and now. So much of what you worry about doesn’t ever come true and doesn’t really matter in the grand scheme of things. Be here now, and find peace in the present.

Just as Light glistens on water, I shine in and through you. Let My ways be reflected in your actions. Be transparent, and let others find Me illuminated through who you are. Some find the wait to be too hard. They turn away from Me, thinking I am not at work supporting the lifestyle they want. In their pursuit of a lifestyle other than what I intended for them, many find this to not really be satisfying or uplifting after all. You can trust Me in the tasks I lay before you right now, no matter how complex, challenging, or mundane they may seem. As you grow to trust that I am at work in your life , I will transition you after you are finished attending to the present. When you are actually ready for change, I will make it happen. You can choose to trust Me in ALL your ways.

I am yours; you are Mine. Repeat that to yourself and let it sink deep inside beyond your worries, underneath your stress, and into your very soul. Unravel the doubts, the lament, the self-degradation by using this utter truth. As you settle into knowing that you are Mine, let it permeate your whole being until you find peace. Absorb what it is to be truly loved and accepted. Allow this truth to prepare you for the day ahead, knowing that all else is relatively insignificant. Somewhere deep inside, you already know that I am with you and for you. You recognize that you are loved for exactly who you are in that central place of knowing. The world and its challenges make awareness of that deep truth murky and blurred. I call out to you, “Be still…I am here, waiting.” Find Me here, and recognize once again that I’ve been with you all along. You are never alone or forsaken. Whatever is going on, we can handle it together. Let My love originating from that central place refresh and enliven you once again.

Hear Me telling you I am delighted with you! Why do you question and second-guess your every thought and actions with such criticism? That is not how I see you. Your expectation bar may be set a little too high, not allowing room for error and Grace to fill in. Move that bar to a more reasonable, rational, and attainable level. Be kind to yourself in your head, especially as you start to recognize My overwhelmingly unconditional love for you. Bask in this truth, and push the critic far away today, for that voice has no place of belonging in you.
