Actions that Stem from My Heart of Love

BE LOVING. It’s that simple! Although I get it, – it’s not always easy to do, – especially when your feelings have been hurt. Ask for My help to soften your heart toward those who have offended you or let you down. I can heal all sorts of wounds – both physical and emotional. Every day you look more radiant to Me as you practice learning to love deeply. Forgiving and moving on, offering grace to others, – these are all actions that stem from My heart of Love, which is embedded in you. Trust your gut on when to use boundaries or when to ease up and let down your guard. I will help you determine which thing to do so that glimpses of My kindness can be seen in the world. You are My vessel for love.

My Measuring Stick is Different

There is time enough for everything – even self-care. The last thing I intend is for you to feel discouraged or defeated. Carve out alone time and quiet time today to meet with Me for restoration. Let Me remind you of your likeability and how much you are loved and valued, even if others don’t express appreciation for all that you do. You are living for Me, and My measuring stick is different than the world’s is. Find your purpose and meaning by trusting Me and how I use your life for Good things. You are needed and loved by Me, and that is what matters the most.

Release the Pressure to Fix It

I know your innate truth and worth. Deep inside you are the epitome of compassion. It’s because you care so deeply about others that you also get so worked up at times. Let’s work on channeling this passion for helping others with their wellbeing into more constructive focus. You don’t have to be working harder than them. Work on recognizing when you are doing so, trying to control or channel other’s decision-making. Release those who are simply unable or not ready to make better choices on their own. I know how disappointing this is for you to watch, and how you agonize over others poor life management, but hand your disappointment and your wishes for them over to Me. Trust Me to work on it while you take a break to recuperate. You can trust My loving oversight of all things, releasing the pressure to fix it yourself.

Fueled by Holy Passion

You’ve got this, simply because “WE’ve” got this. Stick with Me today, arm-in-arm, facing each task with energy and drive fueled by Holy passion. Watch as I give a smiling side-eye to you, knowing what’s in store and all that will be accomplished. Then, at the end of the day, rest with Me as you reflect upon all the Goodness that was had. I work like that in, with, and through you and others. On that you can rely.

Move Into the Passenger Seat

All is well. Even in times that feel chaotic and busy, this can still be a foundational truth. The true bottom line is that I am in control, and I make all things work together unto Good. Sometimes you have to move over and let Me drive, though. Life could be easier for you if you allowed yourself to rest comfortably in My passenger seat. Don’t be mistaken by thinking you have to plan for and control everything all the time. Try the ride from the passenger seat today and see what I mean.

Step Back and Be Calmed

When you find yourself in a place where you are super worked up about something, it is probably time to step back. Remove yourself and check your thoughts to see if you are being tripped up by thinking “it’s all up to me” to handle or fix or address. That simply isn’t true. I am your God. I am sovereign over all things. Step back until you can see and be reminded of this deep truth: that as your God, I am with you and looking out for you. Maybe I only need you to show up and offer your presence, because I’ll handle the rest. Leave any “fixing” up to My capable hands. I want you to find peace again, not living agitatedly with anxious and stress-filled approaches. Step back, breathe, and be calmed by how I am at work in your life.

Important Work To Be Done

I have important work to be done through you, but you don’t bear this responsibility alone. Find the joy in the interactions scattered throughout your day. Take it easier in your head. You don’t have to succumb to feeling so pressured all the time. Make it your aim to go lightly through the day ahead instead of with heavy-laden, plodding steps. Put the bounce back in by not worrying so much about outcomes. I’ll take care of that part.

I recognize your vulnerable side that just needs to be held a while. When no one else “gets” that or sees you or provides the validation you desire, you can count on Me to be ever-present and aware of all your intricate needs. Come to My open arms for gentle reassurance. I’ve got you, My child; you needn’t be afraid.
