I call you to awareness of the present! You are Mine. Stop and take stock of everything I am providing in this very moment: food, warmth, love, safety, security, – plans for your welfare, not for dismay! Your flesh and bones are in working condition for the tasks I have in store for you. Stop agonizing over insignificant details. Give in to My Will, discovering how I make life flourish for you. Abundant, tender, meaningful life. As you rely on Me to take care of you, worries about the future will lessen. My reliable provision is there for you, so allow Me to take the pressure off.

Just as Light glistens on water, I shine in and through you. Let My ways be reflected in your actions. Be transparent, and let others find Me illuminated through who you are. Let My brilliant Light warm you as you allow the breeze of My Spirit to create waves of gentle, stirring movement. Underneath the water there is much activity going on. It is home to new life. Embrace this concept and look for the new life I have been creating within you. Allow yourself to feel excited when you glimpse something new of interest. Waters of Grace are teaming with a whole array of colors and activity: life within life. Dive in; swim freely. I have brought you to a safe harbor, spring-fed by Joy.

I hear your deepest wishes. I long for you to find your ultimate fulfillment with Me, but I also know your human nature. Be open to My love-song, and receive it with confidence that you are loved and will always be well cared for by Me. Be careful not to turn these experiences into an idol, though. Seek Me first and all else will fall into place with My hand upon your life. Find blessing in the gifts of today, knowing you are worthy of being the love of My life.

These feelings don’t belong in my head.” I have designed your day and you are perfectly equipped to handle whatever comes before you, so there’s no need or use for self-doubt. I am with you and for you, and you are needed and valued exactly as you are without any pretenses. You can trust Me.

You don’t have to get so worked up over things today. Ask Me to help you settle down inside. When you start to rev up with anxiety or kick into control mode out of fear, push the pause button and turn to Me for perspective. Take a deep breath. Once you see the outcomes are not all up to you to create, you can get back to concentrating on the parts you contribute.
